The Metz Magnum Saddle Hackle #2 is a great saddle fro those fly tiers that need long wide saddle hackles for your pike flies, muskie flies, bass bugs and saltwater streamer flies.
These are very vibrant saddles that Metz has worked hard to genetically develop for those feathers that have been lacking are what everyone who ties saltwater flies or large warm-water flies needs.
Tip: If the feathers have become crooked from storage in your array of materials, they can be straightened again by holding them over the water vapor from a tea kettle (or similar devices). The feathers then look like new again.
